Daily Status Report

The Safety and Enforcement Division requests that Generating Asset Owners (GAO) submit daily status report for thermal plants with rating of 50 megawatt (MW) or higher. Safety and Enforcement Division is authorized to make this request pursuant to General Order 167, Section 10.1f, which states:

“Upon Safety and Enforcement Division's request, a Generating Asset Owner shall provide information in writing concerning event or outage data concerning a Generating Asset including, but not limited to, unavailability reports or outage cause reports”

Please submit your Daily Status Report by 9:00 am, Monday through Friday, and note the following:
