Background
This page provides public data from TNC Annual Reports that Transportation Network Companies (TNCs) are required to provide the California Public Utilities Commission under Commission Decisions D.13-09-045 and D.16-04-041. The Annual Reports data below are made available pursuant to D.20-03-014.
These public TNC Annual Reports have been redacted to protect personally identifiable information that the Commission has determined to be protected from public disclosure on privacy grounds. In addition, information that TNCs claim is trade secret protected has also been redacted. Thus, redacted data include information such as driver names and license numbers, vehicle identification numbers (VINs), and certain location information. Additional data may be released in the future.
