Advocacy I
Chris Clay joined the Commission in 2007 and has worked on a variety of energy procurement matters on behalf of the Commission as well as the Public Advocates Office. He has been an Assistant Chief Counsel supervising the Advocacy I Section since 2013. Chris was raised overseas and in New York City and attended Law School at Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. He lives in Berkeley with his wife and daughter.
